FAQ
How to get started?
1. Download & Install: Firefox, ySlow, PageSpeed.
2. Click 'Register' for a free online account. All that is required is your 'email' & 'Password'.
3. Once registered you will be redirected to the login page. Login with your details, then click on 'Beacon'. You will be present with your unique beacon id and the url required to enter into the Firefox configuration.
4. Firefox configuration. Open Firefox and type in the url 'about:config' (without the single quotes). You will be presented with a huge list of configurate options, there is a filter/search at the top, enter 'yslow' or 'pagespeed' (again without the single quotes) and modified the values presented on your beacon page.
Then now when you visited a web page you will be able to beacon the results to your account.
You can tag your results (similar to a tree structure) by added /tag/office.desktop.eddiejaoude to the end of your beacon url.
eg. http://pageshow.jaoudestudios.com/beacon/yslow/id/xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxx/tag/office.desktop.eddie
NB: You can apply as many dots (.) as you like.

What is Page Show?
Page Show is a free online web portal to privately view your results produced from ySlow (Firefox plugin developed by Yahoo) & Page Speed (Firefox plugin developed by Google) and validated against W3C. With the ability to view & compare historic data.
No technical experience or server setup required!
How can I sign up?
It is easy and free to sign up to Page Show. Sign up now and be running in a few minutes. Click on the register link, fill in the basic details and away you go. You will be provided with your own personal beacon_id - if you wish to share this beacon_id amoung your colleagues & clients but would like filter by computer, this is easily achievable by adding tags to the beacon url. i.e. http://pageshow.jaoudestudios.com/beacon/yslow/id/xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx/tag/office.desktop.fred
